Inke Dedecker

Inke Dedecker mainly covers administrative law. She obtained her law degree in 1997 at Leuven University. During her studies, she studied for a year at the University of Strasbourg (France). In 1999, she obtained the Continuing Education Certificate ‘Postgraduate Training Programme on spatial planning legislation, spatial planning and urban design at the Institute for Environmental and Energy Law.

Inke Dedecker was a lawyer at Monard-D'Hulst from 1997 to 2005. From 2008 to February 2015, she developed the administrative law sector at the firm Arts, Cleeren and partners in Genk. On 1 March 2015, she joined the Odigo law firm as a partner.

Inke Dedecker taught ‘Sources of Law at the Provincial Executive School of Limburg and ‘Spatial Planning and Urban Design' in the real estate expert programme at Syntra Limburg. She is a member of the general editorial board of the Environmental and Energy Law Journal as well as of the Committee on Public Law of the Order of Flemish Bars. She is a much sought-after speaker.
