Laurens Lodefier specializes in trade law, economic law and company law. He focuses on the classic M&A work, restructurings and joint ventures and he provides legal advice in commercial transactions. His field of work also includes procedures for civil courts and commercial courts. Laurens Lodefier obtained his law degree in 2001 at KU Leuven. He took an Advanced Master's programme in corporate law at KUL (department of Brussels) and a postgraduate Controlling/Accounting at Brugge Business School. Laurens Lodefier is a member of the West Flanders Bar.
